GrandTrend has an outstanding team consisting of professional staff from various disciplinesand in different ages; Grandtrend holds first class experts particularly in new energy (e.g. wind power) sectors. They are technically qualified, enthusiastic, hardworking, intelligent and creative. Most of them have been involved in various large-scale infrastructure projects and the earlier phase development and demonstration of national pilot BOT projects, feasibility study, international competitive tendering, technical and commercial negotiations, project financing, thus with strong international economic and technical cooperation experience. These staff are energetic, competent, creative with wide horizon, and they are technical and managerial elites originally from other Chinese and international consulting companies, R&D organizations and project management agencies.

GrandTrend has ten national registered Consulting Engineers, who have passed standard national examinations and strict selection processes respectively in 2004 and 2005. GrandTrend will further establish stimulating mechanism to encourage its staff to attend annual examinations for Registered Consulting Engineers.

GrandTrend has already established strategic cooperation with several famous domestic institutes on new-energy engineering research, and invites experts from institutes and universities to form an expert board, including experienced senior experts, professors, researchers, and engineers in new energy development and utilities domain. They are precise, intelligent, experienced and creative scientists with leading roles in their chosen field of learning and successful achievements.
